This morning I received an email from a translation services provider company in Ohio, US.

They are looking for an editor to help them translate a video script. More specifically, they want a native Tedim Chin speaker, which I am!

This gives me the idea to offer translation services for Tedim Chin to English or English to Tedim Chin.

If you are a company, individual or organisation looking for a translator in Tedim Chin, I am now offering my services.

You may need a Tedim Chin translator if you employee a good number of Tedim Chins in your company or plant and they do not speak English. You may need to translate important instructions and manuals from English to Tedim Chin so they understand and follow the instructions.

General Info about the Tedim Chin people:

There are three (3) main dialects within Chin – Tedim/Tiddim, Falam and Haka. These dialects are spoken and written dialects.

Tedim Chin is a language spoken mostly in the northwest region of Burma called Chin State. According to Wikipedia, Tedim Chin is spoken by around 550,000 and is very closely related to Mizo of Mizoram.

Tedim Chin speakers now live in about 35 countries, thanks to the military regime in Burma (Myanmar) who persecute these Chin as they are Christians.
