Pricing
Our pricing is simple for all our customers.
It has three components – per audio minute rate (which is constant) + your choice of TAT rate + add-on services (if any). We charge a flat rate of $0.75 per audio minute for all audios*.
Rate = $0.75 per audio minute + TAT rate + add-on services (if any)
Turn Around Time (TAT) rates:
- No specified TAT – $0.00 per audio minute
- 2-5 days – $0.30 per audio minute (Most popular)
- 1 day – $0.35 per audio minute
*for podcast-quality audios only.

For Bulk projects of General Transcriptions / Legal Transcription / Real Estate Transcription nature we charge $0.75 per minute only. No TAT rate is attached, delivery will be ASAP!
*A 50% deposit is required for bulk projects.

General Info:
- All files will be checked for quality before transcription begins.
- After reviewing your files, if any additional fees are necessary, I will discuss this with you before beginning work.
- If the audio file is unclear (background noise, etc.), an additional $10.00 per audio hour will be charged to be agreed upon before transcription begins.
- A cleaned transcript means that the audio file will be typed in an organized, readable format including all important content, but not including stutters or half sentences. It is also what most people request.
- A verbatim transcript includes any and all audio including “um” and “uh”. This kind of file may be necessary if you are going to use it for legal purposes.
- All rates are in US Dollars.
I understand your concern for privacy and information security and will do all that is necessary to make you comfortable working with me. I am open to signing Non-Disclosure Agreement.
