I am soliciting a blogger who does a great podcast in my field of interest to transcribe his podcasts. I would like to know if there are any technology you recommend to assist the transcriptor in this line of work?

One more reason is to help hearing impaired people. For them, a transcript is the only alternative to enjoy the content of the podcast.
